NBR Hose R420
The inner surface of the hose is made of white NBR rubber with high oil resistance and abrasion resistance.
The "R420" uses white NBR rubber that is highly resistant to oil and abrasion, compliant with FDA and BfR standards, on the inner surface of the hose. By reinforcing the intermediate layer with nylon fiber braid and SS wire, it can also handle negative pressure. The outer material is made of gray chloroprene rubber. Since it uses NBR rubber, which has higher oil and abrasion resistance compared to EPDM, it is suitable for fluids with high fat content, such as creams, and for fluids with high annual usage.
